Prudential First Properties of Syracuse has merged with Hunt Real Estate, ERA headquartered in suburban Buffalo. The merger creates the largest residential real estate company in Central New York, employing more than 400 agents.
Hunt currently has 33 offices in Upstate New York, three in Sarasota, Fla. and one in Phoenix, Ariz. When the merger is complete, Hunt Real Estate, ERA will have about 1,250 agents and 250 employees across the country.
