    This house has been our home for over 16 years. We have really enjoyed raising our daughter and son here, and though they are grown and left upstate New York, they love coming back to visit and reconnect with the neighborhood.

    We will miss the privacy and beauty of the back yard. We will miss the terrific neighbors we have here in Ender’s Farm. And we’ll miss the wonderful, new kitchen we just finished – seems true that “just when you get the house the way you want it, it’s time to move!”

    The finished basement was a very popular place for our kid’s and their friends to hang out. We just had the walls painted so the memories of dart holes, bumps and scrapes from toys, and other little blemishes that come from active kids are all covered up now. It was great when they were young since they could walk to school whether at middle or high school, and friends would often come over after school as it was safe and close.

    We’re really pleased with the way the new roof job came out this spring, And our heating bill is lower since we installed the new high-efficiency furnace.

    Jim loves the oversized garage. He stores a car in the winter in the back of it sideways, so you can actually fit three cars in it if you need to.

    Carolyn likes to curl up on the couch to read next to the gas heating stove on many chilly nights we get in central New York.

    We’ve enjoyed some great parties and barbeques with family and friends on the expansive deck, and the privacy along the stream and from the vacant lot on one side is really nice. Our friends are pretty envious of the great lot this home in on. The families on either side are excellent neighbors too.
